Internship Program
AW Media Group's internship program allows students or recent graduates make a smooth transition from the classroom to the workplace. Our internship is a 16-week program that allows students to receive an hands on approach to working with various clients in fashion, beauty, restaurant and spirits, nightlife and entertainment brands.
Qualified candidates will be college students (sophomore, junior, or senior) or college graduates, preferable with a focus on journalism, public relations, marketing, English or communications, though all areas of study are accepted. College students and graduates must be able to work a part-time schedule (15 – 20 hours per week) for up to 16 weeks. All interns must have the following:

- Reliable transportation
- Laptop computer
- Availability to work between 11am - 5pm
- GREAT writing skills

The intern position supports account teams as follows: assist in the development of press materials, helps coordinate meetings, special events and/or conferences; develop media lists; monitors media coverage and trends, researches consumer and marketplace trends, creates and maintains coverage reports, coordinates the development and delivery of press kits, develops and writes pitch letters and provides additional account related support as necessary.
